Superbuy shipping coupons: kinds, sources and the rules on every one
Where shipping coupons come from, how each kind is applied, and the limits the help centre sets on all of them.
Two kinds of shipping coupon
A shipping discount coupon takes a percentage off; a shipping price-off coupon takes a fixed amount off once a minimum is met. Both apply only to the international shipping fee of a parcel, after the member discount.
The coupon wallet image in help centre article 1428 shows the limit printed on each shipping coupon: Shipping Fee, excluding the custom clearance fee, international parcels only, with the eligible warehouse named.
Coupons for the shopping agent product side exist too, and the same wallet shows one, but they are a different instrument and play no part in growth value.
The difference between the two examples is exactly the threshold check: the percentage coupon always applies, the price-off coupon only once the discounted fee reaches its minimum.
Monthly member coupons since September 2025
From 1 September 2025, every member from VIP1 up receives a shipping coupon on the first of each month, valid for 30 days. VIP1 gets CN¥5 with no minimum. VIP2 to VIP6 get CN¥10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 off a CN¥200 shipping fee.
A monthly coupon that is not used within its 30 days simply expires; nothing in article 1429 says it carries over.
Because the CN¥200 minimum is checked after the member discount, the qualifying fee is above CN¥200. In this calculator’s nearest-fen reduction model, the boundary runs from CN¥204.08 at VIP2 to CN¥222.22 at VIP6. Checkout rounding and coupon eligibility still control the actual result. The discount order page shows the arithmetic.
The new-user pack: thirteen coupons and their minimums
New users who register and verify their email receive a pack the operator values at CN¥560. It is thirteen international shipping coupons, and only two of them have no minimum.
Accounts opened before 23 March 2018, Beijing time, do not get the pack, and each user gets it once. The face values add up to exactly CN¥560, but most of that sits in coupons that need a shipping fee of CN¥499 or more.

Some summaries describe the pack as a dollar amount of vouchers. The official unit is yuan, and the pack is a set of coupons with minimums, not cash.
Birthday coupons and upgrade coupons
The birthday coupon is a percentage coupon, from 10% at VIP0 to 20% at VIP6, issued with credits on the first day of the birth month and usable only during that month. A paper card can be added to a parcel submitted that month.
The upgrade coupon arrives with credits each time you move up a level. It has no minimum and lasts 180 days, which makes it the easiest member coupon to use.
Birthday benefits do not apply to parcels for mainland China, and they depend on a birthday being saved in your profile, since the gift is issued automatically on the first day of the month.
Rules that apply to every shipping coupon
One shipping coupon per international parcel. Coupons are tied to your account, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash. Validity is usually 30, 60 or 180 days, shown under Available Coupons.
Each coupon names its warehouse: Guangdong, Hong Kong, or both. Goods in the two warehouses cannot share a parcel, according to help article 130, so a Hong Kong coupon does nothing for a parcel leaving Guangdong.
A coupon can combine with member benefits, credits, special discount events and the VIP discount, according to article 1428.
Coupon codes, gift bundles and the credit exchange
Promotional codes are redeemed through the coupon code entry in the wallet and become ordinary coupons. The announcement of 16 October 2026 ran one such round from 16 to 20 October: a CN¥50 off CN¥400 shipping coupon, valid 30 days, one redemption per user per round. We do not reprint codes; they expire quickly.
Gift bundles come from the app. After submitting a parcel there, you can share eight coupons with friends; if all eight are claimed and your parcel has shipped, you receive 200 credits. The coupons last 60 days from claiming.

This guide does not put a cash value on coupons. A coupon only saves money on a parcel you were going to send anyway, and its minimum decides whether it applies at all.
