Superbuy discount order: member discount, coupon, then credits
How the reductions on a parcel's shipping fee are applied, with the operator's own examples recomputed.
The official order: member discount first, then one coupon
The operator's two examples use a VIP1 member and a CN¥500 shipping fee. With a 20% discount coupon the member pays 500 × 0.99 × 0.8 = CN¥396. With a CN¥50 off CN¥300 coupon the member pays 500 × 0.99 − 50 = CN¥445.

Only one coupon can be applied to each international parcel. The discount coupon and the price-off coupon are alternatives, never a pair.
Where credits sit, and why we place them last
Article 1450 says credits combine with the VIP discount and with shipping coupons, but it never states the order in so many words. Two details point to last place.
The checkout panel in the article lists the coupon line above the credit line. And the cap is defined on the actual payment amount: when that amount is CN¥300, up to 3,000 credits may be used.
The calculator on this site therefore applies credits after the coupon. If the operator measures the tenth before the coupon, the cap would be slightly higher on couponed parcels; the article does not settle it.
The effect of the credit-cap interpretation depends on the parcel and coupon value. Use the checkout’s actual available-credit limit rather than assuming the difference is always small.

Minimum-spend coupons are checked after the member discount
In the CN¥50 off CN¥300 example, the system compares the discounted fee, CN¥495, with the CN¥300 minimum. The same comparison applies to every price-off coupon, including the monthly member coupons.
That creates a band of parcels where a coupon stops working because of the member discount. A VIP6 member with a CN¥220 shipping fee pays CN¥198 after the 10% discount, which falls short of CN¥200, so the CN¥50 monthly coupon does not apply.
The table shows the lowest fee in this calculator’s model: round the member reduction to the nearest fen, subtract it, then compare the remainder with CN¥200. These are model boundaries, not a claim about the operator’s universal rounding method.
| Level | Member discount | Monthly coupon | Lowest fee that still qualifies |
|---|---|---|---|
| VIP2 | 2% | CN¥10 off CN¥200 | CN¥204.08 |
| VIP3 | 4% | CN¥20 off CN¥200 | CN¥208.33 |
| VIP4 | 6% | CN¥30 off CN¥200 | CN¥212.77 |
| VIP5 | 8% | CN¥40 off CN¥200 | CN¥217.39 |
| VIP6 | 10% | CN¥50 off CN¥200 | CN¥222.22 |
If a parcel sits just under the line, a small extra item in the same parcel can lift the fee over it. Whether that is worth doing depends on whether you wanted the item anyway; the coupon on its own is not a reason to ship more.
Credits cover at most a tenth, in whole hundreds
Credits convert at 100 to CN¥1. The number used must be a multiple of 100, and the amount deducted can be no more than 10% of the actual shipping fee of that order, with customs fees and value-added services left out of the base.
So a parcel with CN¥198 left to pay allows CN¥19.80, which rounds down to 1,900 credits. A parcel with CN¥35 left allows 300 credits. Below CN¥10 the cap is under CN¥1, so on our reading no credits can be used at all.

Shipping discount codes and credits do not mix
Article 1450 lets credits combine with VIP discounts and coupons, but not with shipping discount codes. Article 1428 lists what a coupon may combine with: member benefits, credits, special discount events and the VIP discount.
The help centre never defines a shipping discount code separately. Promotional codes we have seen are typed into the I have a coupon code entry on the My Coupons page and turn into an ordinary shipping coupon in the wallet; the 16 October 2026 announcement describes exactly that.
Whether a code that has already become a coupon still blocks credits is not stated. The checkout panel is the final word: if the credit field greys out after you choose a coupon, the two did not combine.

Four worked numbers from help 1428 and 1450, checked
Four worked numbers appear across articles 1428 and 1450. Three of them hold up. A CN¥300 fee at VIP4 earns 282 growth value after the 6% discount. A CN¥256 fee with CN¥10 of credits earns 246.
The fourth does not fit the article's own rule. It deducts CN¥5.20 of credits from a CN¥144 fee and awards 138 credits on the CN¥138.80 paid. CN¥5.20 is 520 credits, which is not a multiple of 100.
The award of 138 rather than 139 also shows that credits earned are rounded down to the whole yuan.
The calculator rounds growth value down the same way, since help 1449 gives no rounding rule of its own.

Every saving also lowers the growth value earned
Growth value is the shipping you actually paid. The member discount, the coupon and the credits all reduce that figure, so they all reduce the growth value and the credits the parcel earns.
The effect is small and runs one way: a saving of CN¥20 today costs 20 growth value and 20 credits later. It never makes sense to skip a discount to reach a level sooner, because the level only gives back a share of what you gave up.
Put differently, the counters reward shipping you would have paid anyway; they are not a reason to pay more of it.
