Using Superbuy with a Superbuy Spreadsheet, and where the member scheme fits
What Superbuy is, how an order moves from a catalogue card to your door, what each fee is for, and which fee the levels touch.
Superbuy at a glance: company, address, warehouses
Superbuy is a shopping agent and parcel forwarding service. Its Contact Us page names the company as DOT TECHNOLOGY HONG KONG LIMITED, registered number 72396324, at Mega Cube, Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon. The site footer carries a Guangdong ICP filing.
As an agent it buys goods from Chinese marketplaces for you. As a forwarder it receives goods you bought yourself. Both kinds of parcel pass through a Guangdong warehouse or a Hong Kong warehouse, and both earn growth value once confirmed.
The About Us page dates the business to 2012.

Seven moves between a listing link and a delivered parcel
How to use Superbuy with a catalogue, in order. 1. Find an item in a catalogue and open its marketplace listing. 2. Paste the link into a Superbuy shopping agent order, pick size and colour, and pay for the item plus domestic delivery to the warehouse.
3. Superbuy buys it, the seller ships it inside China, and the warehouse checks and photographs it. 4. When everything has arrived, submit a parcel: choose the items, the line and any packing options.
5. Pay the shipping; this is where the member discount, a coupon and credits apply. 6. The parcel ships and you track it. 7. When it arrives and you are satisfied, Confirm Receipt.
In this abbreviated overview, the parcel payment and receipt confirmation connect to member benefits. Some paid services, including detailed photos, may also have level-specific discounts. The full official tutorial uses nine numbered stages and a final receipt step.

This page gives an abbreviated journey overview. Open the complete official guide with screenshots in the published sequence.
The fee structure and the shipping-discount base
A Superbuy order is paid in two parts. First the goods: the item price, the seller's domestic delivery and any purchasing service fee, which is zero for Taobao, Tmall, JD.com and 1688 and charged for second-hand and unlisted platforms.
Then the parcel: international shipping, a customs declaration fee the fee page describes as generally CN¥8 per parcel depending on the line, optional packing or insurance, and storage beyond the free 90 days.
The member shipping percentage and shipping coupons reduce eligible international shipping, excluding the clearance fee. They do not reduce the product price or the whole order total. Other level-specific benefits, such as eligible detailed-photo discounts, have their own service conditions.

Separate the discount calculation from the whole bill
The first payment buys the items and covers the relevant domestic delivery and purchase services. International freight is a later charge based on the selected parcel. Payment conversion, packing, optional protection and applicable destination costs may also matter. Identify the exact charge a member benefit reduces before applying its percentage to a number.
For example, combining shoes with clothing can reduce repeated parcel charges but increase volume if retail boxes are retained. Compare realistic packing options and the final payable amount for a suitable route. A larger nominal discount on an unsuitable or more expensive line may not improve the purchase. Keep the original freight, eligible discount base, coupon conditions and settlement record so the result can be checked rather than inferred from a promotional badge.
Exchange rate: every member number is in yuan
Thresholds, coupons, credits and the examples in the help centre are all in yuan. Your card or wallet is charged in your own currency at the rate Superbuy applies on the day, so the same level costs a different amount abroad as the rate moves.
A rate snapshot dated 8 October 2026 recorded an 8.6% exchange markup. It is a historical observation, not a current payment quote or a universal total fee. Compare the live yuan amount, converted amount and handling charge together.
Card payments add a handling fee on top. Help centre article 1196 gives the formula: total equals the amount plus the fixed fee, divided by one minus the rate.
Thresholds are measured in yuan of eligible confirmed shipping. Exchange movements affect what those yuan cost in your home currency; they do not change the published growth threshold.

Lines, limits and Superbuy's shipping calculator
Superbuy's shipping calculator at superbuy.com/en/page/query/freight takes a destination, the warehouse, the weight, the box size and the item category, then lists the lines that accept that parcel.
Each line prices by weight or by volume, has its own limits and its own list of refused goods. Parcels of 30 kg or more, or oversized ones, go to a customised logistics service instead.
The calculator shows prices before member discounts. Take the figure it gives, apply your level in the discount calculator, and you have a fair idea of what the checkout will ask.

Two warehouses, two sets of coupons
Help article 184 names a Guangdong warehouse and a Hong Kong warehouse and no city for either. Help article 130 adds that goods in one cannot be shipped together with goods in the other.
Shipping coupons name the warehouse they work for: Guangdong, Hong Kong, or all Superbuy warehouses. Before relying on a coupon, check that it matches the warehouse your parcel leaves from.
Growth value counts the same from either warehouse. The level does not care where the parcel started, only that it was international and confirmed.
Help 1428 lists the three coupon scopes; a coupon page in your wallet names its warehouse under Available Warehouse.

Next stage: the warehouse photos and the parcel at your door.
