Superbuy VIP levels: thresholds, discounts and what each level adds

VIP0 to VIP6 as the help centre publishes them, read 16 October 2026, with the arithmetic behind each threshold.

Thresholds in growth value, and what they mean in shipping spent

The threshold strip in help centre article 1429 shows seven points: 0, 3,000, 6,000, 18,000, 36,000, 72,000 and 144,000. One unit of growth value is one yuan of international shipping actually paid and then confirmed.

The first two steps are the same size. After VIP2 each step is larger than the whole climb before it: VIP2 to VIP3 alone needs 12,000, twice the 6,000 it took to reach VIP2.

The image's file address is dated August 2025, and the same image was still in the article when we read it again on 16 October 2026.

Without birthday-month doubling or other qualifying adjustments, reaching 144,000 growth value would require CN¥144,000 of eligible confirmed postage; at CN¥400 paid per parcel, that illustration is 360 parcels.

How long each level takes at three shipping budgets

A threshold is easier to judge as time. The figure and table assume one confirmed parcel a month at a steady paid shipping fee, no birthday doubling and no returns. They are arithmetic, not a forecast.

At CN¥300 of paid shipping a month, VIP1 arrives with the tenth parcel and VIP2 with the twentieth. VIP3 takes five years.

At CN¥2,000 a month, VIP4 takes a year and a half and VIP6 six years. At the two lower budgets a buyer spends the first years between VIP0 and VIP2, which is why the coupon and threshold details at those levels matter more than the VIP6 line.

The shipping discount at each level

The member shipping discount is applied automatically when you submit a parcel: 1% at VIP1, then 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% and 10% at VIP6. It is taken from the international shipping fee only.

On a parcel whose shipping fee is CN¥400, that is CN¥4 at VIP1 and CN¥40 at VIP6. The discount is calculated before any coupon, so it also decides whether a coupon's minimum spend is still met.

The checkout screenshot in article 1450 shows the line as VIP Discount, minus CN¥0.27 on a CN¥27.00 shipping fee, while the CN¥8.00 customs clearance fee above it is untouched.

The panel displays CN¥0.27, which is exactly 1% of CN¥27. This example does not establish a general rounding rule for other amounts. Our calculator rounds each monetary reduction to the nearest fen as an illustrative model; the actual checkout controls the payable figure.

Monthly coupons, birthday gifts and upgrade gifts by level

The benefits table is published as an image, not text. The part that changes by level is shown below, cropped from that image. Monthly coupons started on 1 September 2025 and arrive on the first of each month, valid for 30 days.

VIP1's monthly coupon has no minimum, while every coupon from VIP2 upward needs CN¥200 of shipping after the member discount. A VIP1 member shipping a CN¥150 parcel can use the monthly coupon; a VIP3 member shipping the same parcel cannot. The upgrade coupons carry no minimum and last 180 days.

Benefits that stay the same at every level

Several items in the table are ticked or identical across all seven levels: credits for shipping, 90 days of free storage, three free basic photos, a zero service fee for supported marketplaces, the compensation promise and the affiliate programme.

Article 1429 also lists priority logistics, item stock-in within 24 hours of a shopping agent order turning Received and dispatch within 24 hours of submitting a parcel, without tying it to a level.

One benefit is reserved for the top two levels. VIP5 and VIP6 members get priority in the online customer service queue when they start a chat while logged in.

Gaps and slips in the official benefits pages

The benefits table numbers its items 1 to 11 and then jumps to 18 and 19. Items 12 to 17 are missing from the image; nothing in the text says what they were or whether they were withdrawn.

The article itself has two sections both numbered IV, one on viewing your level and one on enjoying benefits. The storage paragraph offers 180 days of storage and a 90-day free period in the same sentence, which reads oddly but matches the separate storage article.

The table gives VIP0 an upgrade gift of 100 credits although nobody upgrades into VIP0. Article 1450 separately awards 100 credits for registering, which may be what that entry describes. And the table's share-review gift of 100 to 600 credits does not match the text's fixed 100 for a community post and 400 for a clicked social share.

None of these change what you pay. They are worth knowing so that a screenshot of the table is not taken as a complete list.

Where to see your own level and growth record

After logging in, the level appears as an icon next to your profile picture in User Center. Clicking it opens the VIP detail page, where article 1449 says the history called my growth record is kept.

Check that record after each Confirm Receipt. If a parcel added nothing, compare it with the eligibility list on the Confirm Receipt page before contacting support.

A level is only a discount rate until a parcel is priced. See the order the reductions are applied in next.
