Superbuy Spreadsheet categories, and reading a card before it becomes an order

Sixteen categories, a search box, and the habits that keep a catalogue useful once you start buying through Superbuy.

Sixteen Superbuy Spreadsheet categories, lightest goods first

The cards are grouped by typical shipping weight because the international shipping fee is the only part of an order that counts toward a Superbuy level. Weights vary by listing, so treat the groups as a rough guide.

A catalogue of listings, not a level counter

What a Superbuy Spreadsheet is today: a browsable catalogue, whatever the name suggests. Each card carries a photo, a title, an approximate price in yuan and a link to the marketplace listing.

Superbuy itself does not run one. A catalogue only helps you find a listing; the order, the warehouse photos and the parcel all happen inside your Superbuy account afterwards.

That split matters for this guide. Nothing you do in a catalogue moves your level. Only a confirmed international parcel does, and the catalogue influences that only through what you choose to put in the box.

A practical consequence: two buyers with identical carts can earn different growth value if one splits the goods into three parcels and pays more shipping overall. The catalogue cannot see that difference; only the parcel page can.

Reading a catalogue card before you copy the link

Start with the price, and remember that it is the seller's price in yuan at the time the card was made. Sellers change prices and pull listings; the card does not update itself.

Then open the listing and look for three things the card cannot show: the size chart, the shipping weight if the seller gives one, and whether the item is boxed. Boxes add volume, and volume can cost more than weight.

Finally, check that the listing is on a marketplace Superbuy supports without a service fee. Taobao, Tmall, JD.com and 1688 carry no purchasing service fee; second-hand platforms and unlisted sites do carry one.

Copy the listing link, not the catalogue link, into the Superbuy order form. The order is made against the marketplace page.

Make the product worth buying before considering points

Open the seller’s listing and select the exact version before recording its price. Save the size chart, material description, quantity and any included accessories. A product image reused by several shops does not establish that the goods are equivalent. For a garment, compare measurements with something you own rather than relying only on the size letter.

The Spreadsheet supplies leads; Superbuy handles the purchase request and warehouse stage. A member benefit belongs to that service’s terms, not to the catalogue card. Check whether the item makes sense at its actual delivered cost before considering growth value, credits or a future coupon. Spending more to reach a level is not a saving unless the benefits you will genuinely use justify the extra cost.

Telling a maintained catalogue from an abandoned one

How to choose a Spreadsheet site comes down to upkeep. Before relying on one, open five cards at random and see how many listings still load. Dead links in a fresh sample mean nobody is maintaining it.

Look for a visible date of last review, a way to report a broken card, and an owner you can identify. Be wary of any catalogue that promises a quality grade, a guaranteed price or a delivery time it cannot control.

Apply the same test to this site. Every figure here has a date and a help centre article number beside it, and the updates page lists what changed and when.

A catalogue that passes all five is still only a finding aid. Prices, stock and seller behaviour are checked on the listing and in the warehouse photos, never on the card.

Choosing items with the shipping fee in mind

Because growth value is shipping paid, heavy parcels move a level faster. That is a reason to understand the scheme, not a reason to buy heavier things. A level is worth only the shipping discount and coupons it unlocks.

What helps is putting items that travel well together. Several light pieces in one parcel share one shipping fee, one coupon and one credit allowance, because the coupon and the credit cap apply per parcel.

Superbuy’s shipping calculator’s prohibited-items notice, checked 18 October 2026, explicitly lists perfume as prohibited for shipping. The fragrance category is for discovery and does not promise a shipping route. Other liquids, batteries and magnets have item- and route-specific restrictions; verify acceptance before paying.

Goods bought from the two warehouses travel separately, so a light piece sitting in Hong Kong cannot ride along with a jacket in Guangdong.

The search box at the top of the home page searches the same catalogue by keyword, which helps when a category is too broad.

Found something and ordered it: the next stages are the warehouse photos and the parcel itself.
